$850 per month when available, includes all utilities.
If you purchase the mobile home, lot rent is $250 per month. We have a few acres open for pets and storage, beautiful oak trees and of course, Lake Bryant.
Unit 10 below has just become available and has New carpet and flooring in the bedrooms and living room.
